Terms & Conditions – Royal Care

By using Royal Care’s services, you agree to the following:

1. Service Role

Royal Care acts only as a facilitator of medical travel services, assisting with treatment coordination, travel, and accommodation arrangements. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Payments

— Coordination, travel, and accommodation payments may be collected by Royal Care.
— Medical treatment costs are paid directly to hospitals.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

— A 20% advance payment is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable.
— Service and coordination fees are non-refundable once services begin.
— Refunds for third-party services (flights, hotels, transport, medical appointments) follow provider policies.
— Partial refunds may be considered at Royal Care’s discretion depending on service stage.
— Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information. Royal Care is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.

5. Third-Party Services

Royal Care is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

6. Changes & Law

Royal Care may update these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Oman.
