By using Royal Care’s services, you agree to the following terms:

Royal Care acts as a facilitator, assisting patients in arranging medical treatment, travel, and accommodation. We do not provide medical advice or treatment.

2. Medical Responsibility
All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are the sole responsibility of the hospital and healthcare professionals in Kerala. Royal Care is not liable for medical outcomes.

3. Payments

— Royal Care may collect payments for coordination, travel, and accommodation services.

— All medical treatment costs are to be paid directly to the respective hospital.

4. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information. Royal Care is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect details.

5. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party providers (hospitals, airlines, hotels). Royal Care is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by these providers.

6. Limitation of Liability
Royal Care shall not be held responsible for:

— Medical outcomes or complications

—Travel disruptions or delays

— Any loss, damage, or inconvenience beyond our control

7. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or update our services and terms at any time.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oman.
