1. Upfront Payment
To confirm your booking, we request a 20% upfront payment. This helps us secure your appointments, flights, and accommodations. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.
2. Service Fees
Coordination and service fees help us provide you with personalized support. Once services have started, these fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Travel & Accommodation
Refunds for flights, hotels, and transport services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
4. Medical Appointments
Any cancellation or rescheduling of medical appointments is subject to the policies of the hospital or healthcare provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered at Royal Care’s discretion depending on the stage of service.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
